2010 Tournament Results-

2010 Member-Member Results:
First Place went to the Team of B Frye and Tim Philpot.  They shot a total of 168 to beat the the field of 24 teams.  Second place went to the team of Kelly Stone and Carson Stone.  Their cumulative score was a 170.  Phil Moore and Don Cooper came in 3rd Place with a 171.  Don Cooper won the Closest to the Hole on hole three.  Tim Philpot won longest drive on number 11.

I would like to thank all who participated.  We need to thank Nathan and his staff for giving us a well conditioned golf course to have our Member-Member on.  I would also like to thank Yancey and his staff.

We hope to see all our members in the next event the Member-Guest.  It will be held July 16-18, 2010.

2010 Member-Guest Results:
We had a great turn out with 32 teams.  The tournament had a couple of small hicups with the weather.  But, in the end the tournament was a huge hit.  We had eight teams in the shoot out.  The teams in the shoot out were; Rodney Martin and Mike Frederick, John Mardis and Chad Martin, Jon Sanchez and Ken Shackleford, Raines Mielcarek and Seth Hill, David Gash and Keith Ransom, Douglas McCord and Ben Hek, Kent Lowe and Ryan Lowe, and finally Mike Cecil and Brian Wallace.  It took two playoff holes for Jon Sanchez and Ken Shackleford to win the overall championship from Mike Cecil and Brian Wallace.

Saturdays long drive went to Stephen Turner, and closest to the hole went Raines Mielcarek.  Sundays long drive went to Mac Fain, and the closest to the hole went to Greg Kite.

Again, We would like to thank all who participated.  I would personally like to thank Nate and his staff, Yancey and his staff, Amanda, and my staff for all their hard would during this event.  If we didn't have all these people we wouldn't be able to put on such a great event.

I hope to see all our members in the next event.  The Club Championship will be held August 27-29 2010.
